Be aware that they have a clause stating that in case of an accident, regardless of fault, you must pay 20,000 Thai Baht to the shop. When I refused to sign, they said I couldn't take the car. This unfair clause is extremely concerning. Avoid this company at all costs.

The store is easy to find

Extremely disappointing rental experience. I was promised a four-door, five-seater car, but they gave me a two-door car at pickup! The back seat was practically for dogs! Requested a change, but they said no other cars were available. Never renting from this place again.

They do not accept UnionPay credit cards here, and there are extra fees if the credit card used has a different name. They also do not accept cash deposits, credit cards are required.
