The staff at the rental location are very diligent; they took photos of the entire car both inside and out when I returned it.

The rental company's store is good, located on La Trobe Road in Melbourne, a relatively busy street for car rentals. Overall, the store isn't hard to find. The issue is the seating; there aren't enough seats and the queue is quite long. Having more chairs or a ticketing system would be helpful. Since it was Chinese New Year, there were many renters, mostly through QEEQ, and each customer took a long time to process due to language barriers, averaging at least 20 minutes, sometimes even 30. The company should train their staff better to improve efficiency.

The wait time was quite long. I had reserved an SUV, but was informed I would have to wait an hour to get the car. After an hour, there was still no car available. In a rush to get to the Great Ocean Road, I had to agree to switch to a Camry. The rental fee was only slightly discounted. The car was relatively old and not very clean.

Easy process and reasonable price

Please provide the nearest gas station from the drop off location would be perfect. We have been looking for over 10 minutes but still couldn’t found, then go back to the service center to ask the lady!
