Routes staff were very helpful. One piece of feedback is about winter tires and chains, it didnt come up in the conversation during pick up and turned out they are required by law in many areas of British Colombia during winter. Not having them results in fines, Would be good for the staff to highlight this. OR for the Easyrent website to also highlight this and offer it as an option.
Horrible company! Terrible service, staff rude and very unhelpful - creating problems for customers, ridiculous restrictions on cars. Waiting time was painfully long. I understand busy companies but waiting 2 hours in a queue is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I'm honestly surprised this company still exists..? Puzzled about that! I highly advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
