Cheap but neat!

The service was average, and they didn't clearly explain the car usage instructions.

Si on respecte les consignes préalables, la location se fait sans souci (surtout pour la clientèle canadienne et américaine). Le véhicule qui nous été remis était très récent (2019) et le modèle le plus équipé (Nissan Rogue SL AWD) ce qui a fait notre plus grand bonheur. Prix très avantageux. Le seul bémol est que le véhicule nous a été remis sale. L’extérieur a été rincé tout au plus et il restait des objets des locataires antérieurs dans les espaces de rangement (appui-bras et coffre à gant). Je relouerais avec eux sans hésiter.

Très satisfaisant. Il faut lire les petits caractères mais sinon tout s’est bien déroulé. Les rabais applicables ont fait diminuer le prix et l’instrument de garantie de prix est intéressant. Multiples façons de sauver de l’argent et d’avoir des récompenses.

My only criticism was that the Vancouver was way understaffed!! Fortunately I ran to be first in line at when the shuttle dropped off, but there was only one person at the desk. Longer line to pick up was noted when I dropped off. Vancouver location quite odd--an old chinese restaurant with booths still n place.

The moaning and groaning from all the customers at pick up is a little contagious. Most people I spoke said "never again"...but I got really nice car, the rate was very good, and they even bumped the mileage allowance for me. So will use them again.

Great customer service, good shuttle service wait a little long on the journey from the airport 45 min. So we got a cab but this was our choice as on a right schedule. Car was in great condition and no complaints. Thank you
