The company checked the fuel level without being too strict, and didn't mind that the car wasn't washed, as it's hard to find a car wash in winter.

There was one issue. Instead of "special SUV" Jeep Wrangler, I was given Nissan Rogue, which is mid SUV category. The staff at the counter insisted that Nissan Rogue and Jeep Wrangler are in the same category which is not true because even on their site Wrangler costs more than Rogue. Anyways, they didn't have Wrangler available and I took Rogue. The car was great, but still I would prefer to get what I booked - Jeep Wrangler.

Pick up paperwork took a little longer than expected. As a bonus I was able to book the car for an extra day at the same great rate when I picked it up. Returning the car was super easy and quick.

Booking was easy and smooth.

Like: Friendly staff with professional approach, explained everything required some helpful tips about the toll highway. Drop off was smooth.

Dislike: Well the bad thing was that I lost my wallet and the last time I used it was when I had to show Drivers licience and my insurance card. I thought I must have left it on the counter but when I returned from vacation the people working at the counter said there was nothing there.
