The pick up took 2 hours and 10 phone calls. No one gave me a solution and left me waiting outside from 9pm to 11pm after landing . The office people kept apologizing but didn’t solve my issue. Then, the driver said “I never saw you “ and once we were at the counter no compensation was offered even after I asked to add the 2nd driver for free due to all the trouble cause.
Very poor company with young untrained staff lacking fundamental knowledge of the business.
I wanted the insurance but the staff denied it and put it on my credit card coverage with no clear reason other than their inability to sell insurance.
I got charged for mileage yet EasyRentCars indicated there is 2,500 kms within the rental price. My kms made was approx. 370 kms. I was charged $0.2/km for 1,323 km then an email was sent indicating a partial refund, however, no refund showed on my credit card. I had to call and the issue was not resolved until now. I had to dispute the transaction from the credit card and I'm still awaiting a final resolution. This is one day after I got the car and used it already.
Also, I booked a standard car (Corolla) and I got a smaller car (KIA Soul). The staff indicated they can't guarantee the brand. I accepted the car as I needed it for work.
We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.
Routes was easy to deal with. People were helpful and friendly and I would definitely rent from them next year when I am back. I love the car I had and it exceeded my expectations.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter. Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
