Satisfied, but there was no notice that the car must be returned with a full tank, which caused me to pay full price for half a tank upon return.

They suggested we buy a one-day highway toll pass, which saved us time and money driving from Washington to New York. However, when they upgraded our car, they didn't emphasize the additional $100 charge, even though our rental and insurance together only cost $66. The extra fee was too much and unfair.

Car was ok. Counter service slow because not enough staff for amount of customers lined up waiting for service.
