Great availability of cars at excellent prices

No waiting in line, processed car pickup directly inside Salt Lake City Airport, very smooth, staff was also nice

Waited for 1 1/2 hour for car. There was a whole lot of people waiting, some for over 2 hours. They said there weren't enough people to clean the cars. Then Dollar closed and we went up another floor and waited outside in 80 some degree humid weather. after traveling over 12 hours, 2 legs from England at 9 pm,

You guys were great,

Like: Convenience, easy in, easy out. No up selling on insurances and extra stuff
Dislike: Unfortunately, all car rentals places were up-charging on the prices for the cars due to the State Fair I believe. But I needed a car and this was the best deal I found. Other than that, no issues.
