This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.
Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient. There was a small issue with some scratches on the car, but after explaining it to the rental company, they didn't press further. Overall, I am satisfied.
The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking.
Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min.
Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
