Poor customer service

They need DVLA share code, may be it can be specified on the web to reduce time of car pick-up

The car at Keddys exceeded my expectations, the guy in the office was very efficient and pleasant. Totally nice experience. The drop off was just as pleasant.

The booking at QEEQ was very easy and efficient. Good value.

Excellent staff at the Europcar counter very friendly and helpful, processed quickly, location is good. Car was just awful I've hired and driven alot of cars and without question the Vauxhall Crossland X is the worst car I've ever driven, 3700rpm at 70mph in top gear thing was screaming, gearbox felt like it was outta Kombi, ratios are horrendous, terrible fuel economy and pretty sure it wasn't firing on all 4 cylinders.

Like: The team of Europcar goes that extra mile to keep the customer satisfied at all times
Dislike: Spent too much time on getting the vehicle, need more customer service people during peak hours

Like: The vehicle I booked was lovely and was great value for money.
Dislike: The guy on the rental desk wasn’t particularly friendly at all. It doesn’t cost anything to smile. The guy who mans the returns area was lovely though.
