Pick-up and Drop off Need to Improve

The vendor appear disorganized, it took a long time to pick up even only 2 customers at the moment. Nearly one hour to pick up the car and 30 mins to drop off. Unique experience not found anywhere before. Inexpensive is a leverage, however, you need to expect what you are paying for with a little bit more disappointment especially you are in rush or too tire to deal with the slow service.

We waited over 40 minutes at the airport for the driver to pick us up. When he finally arrived, he first drove to Richmond to handle some personal matters, which resulted in over an hour to get to the rental location. Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of integrity in communication.

“Chaotic”
About Routes: 5.3 /10
Chaotic organization, 90 minutes needed for return, inefficient shuttle, 4 person van instead of mini-bus. Almost missed my flight due to all of this. The good thing was I got upgrade from sedan to SUV, but the car was not clean, remnants of a For Sale sticker on the passenger window. Apperently the car was a recently purchased used car but it performed well.

Could not get a rental, after waiting in line for almost 1.5 to 2 hrs. Very disappointed. Just a waste of time.

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
