Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.
