The rental company's service was quite good. Upon arrival at the airport, I called them and they directed me to the pick-up location. There was no hard sell when picking up the car, and the process was quick. The car itself was satisfactory overall. However, the company didn't thoroughly clean or inspect the car before handing it over. There was trash left by previous users, and the windshield washer fluid was low after a single use, so I had to buy a bottle to refill it.

Everything good, except that the car was barely cleaned

KIA vehicle has some problem when it climbed high degree road. It was not much power to uphill.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler to drive up to whistler and had a great experience with Routes. They had us checked in and in the car in no time and the return process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Like: staff friendly, efficient and car was very clean. Will use them again.
Dislike: nothing I did not like.
