I rent a car for touring around Okinawa. I picked Honda Fit but the staff did not tell us that they would give me Mazda demio and only hurriedly led us to get the car. The staff who serve us could not speak or understand much English that we had to guess for using the car and study the documents ourselves.
Everything was good except the need for someone to pick us up at the airport arrival terminal.
