Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

Waited for an hour at the airport for the shuttle, then waited another half hour in line. It took three trips to transport 8 people!

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

Service is slow.
