Arbitrarily changing business hours, totally untrustworthy. They wrote that returns before 10 were fine, but on the phone, they said 9. It doesn't matter when you close as long as you inform in advance, not telling me at 7 PM that you will close at 8 PM and the car must be returned before then. Also, if you have something to do and want to leave early, we can understand if you communicate properly. Acting self-righteous while not keeping promises, and threatening customers about returning by 8 PM is unacceptable. When picking up the car, they didn't allow an inspection, but during return, they claimed there was a tiny dent, less than 1 square centimeter, clearly an old damage. Still, they accused the customer. Such hooligans! I've rented cars abroad over a dozen times, and this is the first time I've encountered something so disgusting.
