The drop off the car was ready bad we couldn't find the spot and it took us 2 hours or more to find

The counter staff did not engage in any unnecessary upselling, making the overall process smooth and satisfactory. The car was in good condition, with mileage under 20,000 kilometers. After getting the keys, you need to go to the airport parking lot to find and pick up the car yourself, but it's not particularly difficult. This was my first time driving/renting an electric vehicle. The counter mentioned that charging stations have become more common in France, but I found the best charging spots were at highway service areas! CCS allows for high-speed charging—100km in 1 minute—while regular Type 2 chargers take about an hour to charge 100km. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the counter beforehand to avoid language translation issues or other emergencies when calling later.

I love the cars provided with great condition and the time saving process of pick-up and drop-off.
