There weren't many issues with renting the car, except that after returning it, daily charges were made to my credit card for four consecutive days. When I contacted customer service to find out why, they kept saying they were coordinating with the rental company, but after four days, there was still no resolution. It was terrible, and I had to freeze my credit card. They said the charges were for toll fees, but I rented three cars at the same time, all took the same route, and the other two cars weren't charged. Only mine was charged every day after returning it. Really strange.
Like: Free upgrade to a near brand new car with built in sat nav which turned out to be a life saver. Dislike: Car rental return signage could be a little better but otherwise still straight forward.
Like: flight was delayed of course and it was the last flight of the evening, no help from the call centre but the amazing staff stayed back til after 1am so I could collect the car.
