Too far from the airport, inconvenient to pick up the car.

Pick up & drop off service was ok. However, whenever I called to contact office, they never get the call.

Good price with fare car. Nice ! I will rent again.

I was very happy, as they were able to upgrade me due to how busy they were with people coming in.

Car was in a great condition, staff were helpful, zero problems throughout the whole process. The pick-up point being a shuttle bus ride away from the airport was a minor inconvenience, but as long as you take the time into account it's not an issue.

Dislike: Well the bad thing was that I lost my wallet and the last time I used it was when I had to show Drivers licience and my insurance card. I thought I must have left it on the counter but when I returned from vacation the people working at the counter said there was nothing there.
