The overall service was extremely poor, and they attempted to wrongly shift third-party responsibility onto me. Ace Rental Cars even tried to fraudulently charge my credit card!
Poor service. Assisting with refueling costs $100 AUD (approximately 600 RMB). A minor scratch costs 1600 AUD, which is enough to buy a car. They overcharge.
Received a larger car than booked. That was good, but wasn't very clean. Rubbish in center console & numerous scratches on body. Booking, pickup, & drop off were all good.
