Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back.
We had so much fun! Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
Did not realize car pickup occurred at site remote from main rental car pickup site. Too much additional time involved!
Also, long wait once arrived at Routes rental pickup site. Also, learned at pickup site that insurance card had to be provided. Not made clear enough at time of booking, and did not print out with pickup instruction sheet.
Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.
