They are so nice and easy to communicate that I never thought about.I appreciate the counter staff used WhatsApp to contact me in Chinese before the trip.
Overall good and staff is friendly. The only complaint is the waiting time for pickup is a bit long, as I have even communicated in advance with them just before the trip.
We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come.
The car has scratches all round the car.
When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry.
