WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Both pickup and return were very fast and extremely convenient! This is my favorite company. Since we speak Italian, the process was even quicker.

Note that Thrifty's operations are actually handled by the Hertz counter. There are a lot of people, and you need to take a number and wait to be called. There's a ticket machine at the entrance where you enter your last name, and it will show up on the screen. Just wait for your number to be called.

The pickup time was too long.

Good service attitude, but there are many customers, so the waiting time is a bit long.

Our booked car was not available. Our credit card for some reason was showing in the Hertz system as Debit card so the only available car was old VW Polo full of scratches. We spent over 1hour in line at counter. The returning was very fast and smooth.
