Communication in English was a bit challenging. Although I informed the staff that I had purchased full insurance and showed proof, they still seemed unsure. Overall, it was not bad.
I returned the car 10 minutes late at night. There were staff at the counter, but they said I couldn’t return it there and had to go to the 24-hour headquarters. The attitude was very bad, and it took a long time to find the so-called 24-hour headquarters.
Lack of communication between staff. There is no relevant record for the change of car. The instructions for picking up the car are not the same as when returning the car.
