Good value for money very slow collection

We had to wait quite a while for pick up for no reason really. The gentleman who served was polite and friendly but the lady was quite rude. There was also 3 drivers I presume who are hertz employees and I felt 2 of them we’re very unprofessional and unpleasant to 1 in front of us. Dropped off out of hours and had no envelope so had to fine pen and paper to write details on and post through.

Overall, the experience was quite smooth. We had purchased full insurance in advance, so we did not encounter any upselling. When the oil light came on during the trip, we were able to switch to another car easily with the help of a Chinese-speaking translator over the phone. Returning the car was also very convenient. The condition of both cars was good, about 60-70% new. Overall, highly satisfied!
