Excellent service, and the guy who handled the rental was really nice.

Very convenient, picking up and returning the car is right at the terminal entrance. The car model is great. I participated in the Ironman competition, and my bicycle could be easily placed in the trunk while my family could sit comfortably in the back. When picking up the car, I found a nail in the front tire. The staff responsibly took it to get the tire fixed before handing it over.

Car condition was average only. Wasn’t being informed that speed limit is only 70km upon car collection. We had to pay FINE RM150 due to this. If we were verbally informed, we can take extra precautions.

Needed to make some adjustment on the timing on arrival and returning the car. However, the website didn’t allow us to do it less than 24 hours before collection. If the website was flexible, I could help us make some last minute planning.

The car was not safe for rental, horn did not work, steering was horrendous and the car would not start if it was raining. I will never use EPTA again and would give a lower rating if I could.
