I had to call the rental company for help, but the staff refused to talk on the phone and didn't allow me to take a picture of the receipt. I decided to pay first and then photograph the receipt. When asked about the charges, I said 'no', but they took it as 'yes'. The receipt amounted to over $200. After sending the receipt to the rental company in China, I found out there were three removable charges. When I asked the counter staff to amend it, they refused, saying it was past time. However, another male staff member was patient and explained everything in English, and adjusted the amount to $177 when I picked up the car. Hence, the counter staff at the airport is very deceptive!
