Cheaper than going direct and once we had the car no problems

The staff at Launceston Airport were terrible. They didn't provide the Toyota RAV4 I reserved and downgraded me to a Corolla without indicating a price adjustment. There were two of us, and they upgraded us to a three-row, seven-seater SUV, claiming it was a five-seater and not too big, obviously just trying to fob us off. We started the process at 5 PM, and by past 7 PM, after numerous negotiations through our rental company, the staff eventually said there were no Corollas or any small cars left, only this large SUV, take it or leave it. It was clearly unreasonable and abusive.

Service at the eurocar was excellent on pick up and drop off the car

Reduce star as the car i booked is not the same model as i wanted. I know with the stated t&c “similiar car” but i am expecting I will get the same model car i have booked but in fact most of the time when hiring a car other model car will be provided on the day so what is the point of showing model on the booking scree page. It kind of upset if the car that i get on the day is worse than what i booked.

The vehicle was not as booked and I doubt if there ever was. As they know you have no other option as the car was paid for you get whatever they give you. Obviously a common practice of MOST car hire companies in Australia. Don't know why you associate yourself with these businesses

I booked a Corolla and was given an Outlander that was heavier on petrol usage and more difficult to park

Customer service very relaxed. Offered insurance which we declined (cover through travel insurance)
