Avoid Advantage at all costs

I was talked into upgrading the car and thought we had a nice car until we were in the light and noticed the car was pretty dirty, we had to fill the front right tire with air every other day! And also has no wiper fluid! I don’t think these are things we should deal with when renting a car. When we called the customer service during our stay they said there is nothing we can do.

Easy to use.

Ordered a Intermediate SUV and ended up with a 7 seater People Carrier. Upon returning the vehicle, filled up at a Gas station 5 miles from Airport. Waited 30 minutes for person to check vehicle and was charged U$ 15.00 because needle was not over the Full. Attendant was very rude and did not listen when told that vehicle was filled up 5 mile ago. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this attendant.

Wait at pick up was far too long. Encouraged to purchase toll package when highway toll system was not explained clearly.

During drop off, we discovered we were incorrectly charged for liability waivers. The Advantage manager Yemane Hagos quickly issued the refunds.

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.
