The pickup location wasn't crowded, virtually no waiting in line. After purchasing a full tank of fuel, they didn't try to upsell anything else. However, clearly buying a full tank wasn't cost-effective.
The rental location is just outside the arrivals hall. There was no line at the counter, and the car pick-up is nearby. Very convenient.
