Smooth and good service

Overall service was very efficient, it took only 10 minutes from arrival to getting the car.

I informed them from the beginning that I rented the car for five days and wanted to return it at the normal time on the fifth day, not so early. They kept saying I only rented the car for four days and the fifth day was complimentary. They refused my request initially and only agreed after lengthy communication and presenting the order (since it was in Chinese, we had to talk for a long time in English).

I submitted my flight information, but there was no indication that the flight was landing at a different airport in Bangkok?!

The vehicle was old and the fuel gauge was low. They charged a full deposit for dirty floor mats, which seemed like a scam. The deposit was more expensive than the rental fee. Thai Rent a Car is not a reliable company. I suggest cleaning the car before returning it to avoid issues.

They didn't inform us of any precautions when picking up the car. They just handed us a paper to sign, and that was it. When returning the car, they claimed there was a scratch on the body and deducted the entire 5000 THB deposit. It instantly ruined the good mood from our few days of travel. It would be nice if someone at the rental company spoke some Chinese.
