Convenient pickup and drop-off. The only issue is that returning the car eight hours late is considered a full extra day, costing more than an additional day's rental.
The rental company promptly contacted us before departure to discuss the itinerary, quickly answered various questions, and provided relevant guidance. There were shuttle services from the airport. The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and straightforward.
