Instead of Kia, we were given a Suzuki Swift GL, which has a very low wheelbase, causing bumpy scraping in the many speed breakers around Hobart.
The complimentary GPS was very useful, though we had our own, which we didn't had to use.

When signing the contract at the airport office, maybe due to communication issues, I couldn't determine the total rental price from the staff or the contract on the handheld display. So I couldn't tell if any additional charges were included.
Have hired many cars with Europcar both here and overseas and my experience with them has always been very good.
The cars are always clean and in excellent condition.
