Good. Used advantage before and would use again

Ordered a Intermediate SUV and ended up with a 7 seater People Carrier. Upon returning the vehicle, filled up at a Gas station 5 miles from Airport. Waited 30 minutes for person to check vehicle and was charged U$ 15.00 because needle was not over the Full. Attendant was very rude and did not listen when told that vehicle was filled up 5 mile ago. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this attendant.

Car was great. Clean, tidy, minor marks that I pointed out but they really weren’t that bothered on drop off. Pick up less than an hour. Guy on desk tried to up sell a few items like pre paid tolls which I didn’t need and luckily didn’t take. Up sold fuel, which suited me, cheap enough at $42. On site at airport so easy to find. Excellent experience, would use again.

Everything was seamless and painless. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Advantage counter staff were horrendous and rude - I think this is typical of Orlando car hire from most companies!!!

Excellent service and fantastic price

Wait at pick up was far too long. Encouraged to purchase toll package when highway toll system was not explained clearly.

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.
