Like: Shuttle drivers were very nice, so were the counter staff. Drop off staff friendly as well! Car was great, all options and having sat radio was a plus. Dislike: Only problem encountered was the drive to and from. Much of it due to LAX. It can take a long time to drive through especially if you get picked up at the first gates. Drive back was a little slow too due to the fact we picked up many arriving rental customers (filled the bus) along the way. Not the drivers fault, but is time consuming.
