The car didn't have a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I took a photo as proof and filled it up before returning it, and took another photo. When I asked how they'd resolve this, they said I didn't mention it at the time, and the person who helped us wasn't there. I thought it was full-to-full, but it wasn’t. I ended up spending an extra 100 RMB on gas. It's not a big deal for a trip, but it does make me question your integrity!
I booked an automatic car, but I was given a manual one. They told me their system showed a manual car. To change it, I needed to pay an extra 50 euros!
