The overall car rental process was very convenient, and they even upgraded the car on-site. The 9-seater vehicle was very spacious for 4 people. Returning the car was also very quick—just parked it in the designated spot and submitted the document.
The car rental company first changed the car model, and then after I returned the car and left, they notified me of a charge of over 1700 euros, claiming that the interior trunk was damaged, supposedly by a dirty suitcase scuffing the plastic.
Not bad. I chose it because of the brand. The car was in good condition, but later there was a small scratch inside that I had to pay for. It most likely wasn’t caused by me, but because I trusted the brand, I didn’t pay attention to the details or take photos as evidence. I had no choice but to accept it.
The counter staff was good, did not try to sell additional unnecesssary insurance. Prompt service, car was ready. I did not get the car though. I booked an estate but got a small-medium SUV. Not sure if its an upgrade. In any case the most important to us was the luggage space. Thankfully we were able to just about squeeze ours in. I specifically booked an estate for the purpose of the luggage space.

I am happy with the level of engagement even after booking. I was reminded 9f my booking, pick up and drop off process and locations. All very clear and makes it feel like I am not left on my own after the booking.
Overall, the service was quite satisfactory. They weren't particularly enthusiastic, but everything was well-organized, which is expected from a major rental company. The car was very new. They asked if I had already purchased insurance through the booking platform, and I confirmed that I had, including full coverage. The staff didn’t push further and simply asked me to sign the 'decline insurance' section on the Rental Agreement.
Customer service is unhelpful. Charged twice for the same reason. I chose the outbound option when booking, but after returning the car, they charged me more than 2000 for the outbound reason. Suspect the platform and the rental company are scamming customers together. Won't use this platform again.
This is a scam targeting Chinese tourists, creating a perfect trap with pre-authorizations, fabricating non-existent car damages, and stealing from customers' credit cards! Blood and tears warning: Stay away from this company!
The staff had a very good attitude during pickup, didn't push any insurance sales, and there were no hidden charges. The inspection during return was very thorough; I've never experienced such a detailed check before.
I am extremely dissatisfied. I arrived on time at 9:00 to pick up the car I reserved, only to be told that the model I booked was unavailable. They said I could upgrade by paying an additional €18 per day or some other amount. I explicitly stated that if they didn't have the car and needed to change the vehicle, I agreed, but I would not pay any extra cost. The staff proceeded to prepare the paperwork without clarifying and asked me to sign it. Later, I realized that the document specified additional upgrade fees totaling over €200 in the bottom left corner, but I didn't notice it at the time and signed. The upgrade fee wasn't needed when returning the car, and I only discovered the charge on my credit card statement a week after returning home. This is outright fraud. I've rented cars in Europe numerous times, and this is the first time I've encountered such an experience. Truly disappointing!
I purchased basic insurance and, out of respect, honestly reported the damaged side mirror. After discussing with the staff, the compensation was estimated at around 280 euros. However, after returning home, I found out it had been directly raised to 980 euros, which is the exact deductible amount for basic insurance. Isn't this a scam? A side mirror for a Volkswagen Touran costing that much—how much does the whole car even cost?
