The car stalled, and the roadside assistance hotline was not answered. From 12:30 PM until 10:30 PM, it took a full 10 hours for assistance to arrive. The rescue personnel did not speak English and communication was through others. They got the car started and said to keep it running for 30 minutes before turning it off, but the car wouldn't start again the next day. This back-and-forth wasted two days, forcing us to change our itinerary and return to Budapest a day earlier to return the car!
Easy to pick up and return the car. The only pain is the fact that car park at Budapest airport is under construction. You have to walk 5-10 min or wait for shuttle bus to get to the rental center.
It was terrible. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to pick up the car. My original pick up time was 19:30, but I only got the car at 20:20. They forced me to buy insurance. The staff said I could return the car by 20:20 the next day because the delay was their fault. When I arrived at 20:15 the next day, the store was already closed. The following morning, I received an email charging me an extra day's fee.

The customer service is right inside the airport, making the process convenient. Due to airport renovations, the parking lot has been moved in front of the IBIS hotel, but it's understandable given the circumstances.
Like: The staff was very helpful and friendly! I suppose the staff is at least 1 employee short, therefore there was a quite long waiting time on picking up the car. In overall we were happy with the car and with the service. Dislike: Although we spent quite long time to picked up the car, but that wasn't a big issue.
