This company does not have an office at the airport; you have to call them to get picked up.
The right front tire of the car they gave us was deflated and visibly flat. I pointed out that the tire had an issue, but the person in charge said it was fine and that we could just inflate it at a gas station. We had no choice but to take the car, and ended up having to inflate the tire daily. The worst part was that before reaching the town of Cappadocia, at around 6 PM, the tire went completely flat and couldn't be repaired, so we had to replace it with the spare tire. Since we were planning to drive within Turkey for a few more days, we had to buy a used tire in a local town as a backup, costing us 50 liras, and we have a video as proof. When returning the car, they refused to take responsibility for the tire, claiming it was not covered. We were in a hurry to catch our flight and couldn't argue with them. We hope your company can give us an explanation! We shouldn't have to pay for their faulty tire!
At the airport, there was someone in the arrivals hall to assist with the car pickup. They charged an additional 30 euros for returning the car at a different location and requested a 5-euro tip. Since we arrived at the airport in the early morning, we felt it was appropriate to tip for their trouble. Shortly after leaving the airport, we were informed by a gas station attendant that there was an issue with the tire pressure. Kudos to the gas station staff who filled the tires for free. Given that almost everything costs money back home, we insisted on tipping. After driving for a few hours, one of the tires blew out—a car with 100,000 kilometers on it likely never had the tires changed, as the spare was worn down. We paid 300 lira when returning the car but received no receipt. They said a digital receipt would be emailed the next day, which we have yet to receive. Fortunately, we followed the advice from Zuzuche customer service and got a written proof from them. We are now in the process of claiming insurance. Hopefully, it will go through. We're glad we bought full coverage insurance, as a tire costs nearly 900 RMB. Sigh...
There is no counter at the airport, so you need to call separately. The receptionist's English proficiency was not satisfactory. They asked for a 15 Euro tip when picking up the car, which was very unpleasant.
We booked two cars, one of which was an SUV. The front right tire was flat when we picked it up, and we had to go back to the company because of this. We were worried about a tire leak throughout the trip.
When we returned the car, there was a small scratch and the rental company fined us 120 Euros. The money isn't a big deal, but there was no receipt. In the end, after we insisted, they wrote down the situation on the contract and had it signed by the staff.
The service was very good. The gentleman who received us came to the airport himself to meet us. Although it took some effort to find him, he warmly explained the necessary procedures and demonstrated the vehicle and the HGS system. When returning the car, I contacted him in advance, and he came to the airport to pick us up. He was very polite. He even guided us to the international departure hall. Overall, the service was excellent, and the vehicle was great.
