Meet&Greet: representative will be waiting for you outside of the terminal, Exit 4 (flight number is necessary). The station which is close to athens airport is 24 7 open and we provide a free shuttle bus service 24 7 as well . for pickups and drop offs after 21:00 and before 08:00 am there is an out of hours fee which accounts for 25€ which the customer can pay locally upon their arrival to the station. when the customer will receive their luggage, meet and greet point at athens airport is in exit 5 outside the airport in the second road. the customer should call call center 2109735000 and the shuttle bus will be there shortly in order to transfer them to the premises. The station is less than 5 min away from the airport. in the same respect they will return the car to our station close to athens’ airport and the shuttle bus will transfer them back to the airport for your flight.

The pickup location of this car rental company is extremely hard to find! Highly not recommended! The pickup point mentioned on the car rental website is completely different from their actual pickup location. We couldn't find it at all, and ended up taking a taxi ourselves, which took two hours to finally reach the company! Highly not recommended! Additionally, this company's return policy requires returning the car with a half tank of fuel. There's no clear indication of this from the rental website or the company. I only found out after refueling it fully and they won't refund the extra fuel cost! Terrible rating! The pickup service satisfaction is zero, I spent 15 euros on a taxi to get to the rental company!

Overall, the communication was smooth. They will try to sell you insurance, but if you tell them you already have full coverage, they won't push further. If communication is difficult, you can use Google Translate. Greek drivers generally drive fast, but staying within your lane should prevent major issues. Remember to stop at red lights when turning right! It's important to understand right of way rules, and always stop at stop signs!! I'm still not completely clear on all the rules, so I observe how others drive, but being cautious is always a good idea. This time, we only stayed around Athens, especially near the coast, where the scenery is beautiful. I highly recommend renting a car. For refueling, check the fuel cap for the required type of fuel. Gas prices vary at different stations, and you can check prices on Google Maps. If you can't figure out self-service, just ask the station staff for help. We used Google Maps for navigation the entire trip, which was very convenient, avoiding toll roads and highways.

I still can't fully differentiate, so watch how others drive; being cautious is never wrong. This time we stayed near Athens, and the seaside scenery was great. I highly recommend renting a car. For refueling, the type of fuel required is indicated near the gas cap, and prices vary by station. You can check prices on Google Maps. If self-service is confusing, you can ask the gas station staff for help. For navigation, we used Google Maps throughout, which was very convenient for avoiding toll roads and highways (they charge for each section, which can get expensive).

The same attendant handled both the pick-up and drop-off, and he was quite unprofessional. It took almost half an hour to complete the paperwork, and others at the rental company seemed embarrassed for him. He was very slow and dragging his feet. Eventually, another female attendant processed the pick-up in just 2 minutes. The same thing happened during the drop-off – there was nothing complicated, just needed someone to check the car, which took over 10 minutes to arrange. After the inspection, there were no issues, but he went off to do something else and took almost another 10 minutes to finalize the paperwork. If you rent a car at Athens Airport, try to avoid this company if possible. If you encounter this specific attendant, you'll need patience and a good temper. If you're in a hurry to get to the airport, it could be troublesome.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. After arriving at the store, I waited 20 minutes to handle the paperwork. I booked an automatic but was given a manual at first. After my complaint, they changed it to an automatic. The car showed a range of 471 kilometers when I picked it up, and it showed 461 when I returned it. They charged me 20 euros for the missing 10 kilometers of fuel, which I think is a bit excessive!
