I reserved a Corolla or a similar model, but actually received an MG3, which is clearly a downgrade. Although the car's mileage was not high, its condition was mediocre. The power steering had issues, making it heavy and difficult to keep straight. The engine lacked power, likely due to poor lubrication and delayed maintenance. When the car rental company processed the credit card pre-authorization deposit, it was done as a transaction. As a result, when the money was refunded, I had to withdraw the excess payment at the bank, causing unnecessary hassle. On a positive note, the company was not strict about the return time. Technically, I used the car for an extra half-day without issue, which was considerate. The staff were Chinese, so communication was seamless.
Not enough staff, resulting in poor service. When returning the car, there was a middle-aged lady who was very slow and unhelpful. Although we arrived first, she served a foreigner who came after us. We waited at the drop-off point for 40 minutes before she finally drove us to the airport. She even asked us to keep an eye on the office door. Extremely poor service.
