A nail punctured the tire, which could have been repaired, but we replaced it with a brand-new, more premium tire worth tens of thousands of yen. A refund should be provided.
The car seems to have been upgraded; it's much bigger than the one I booked. The car is in great condition, and all important details were explained thoroughly.
Good experience. After placing the order, a group chat was set up in advance to coordinate the schedule. The store is about 10-15 minutes from the airport, and there is a car specifically for pick-up and drop-off, which is quite convenient. On the day of car pick-up, it was raining heavily, and they even placed two umbrellas in the car for convenience. There is also a phone mount in the car, making it very practical and stress-free.
From picking up the car to returning it, the entire team at the rental company was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions. The service was thoughtful, efficient, and the car was clean and easy to drive. This was my fourth time driving in Tokyo, and this rental experience was full of pleasant surprises. Even my family members traveling with me were extremely impressed! Since my sister was using a wheelchair during this trip, the rental company thoughtfully and proactively provided a disabled parking sticker for our car, which made parking much more convenient and allowed us to get plenty of assistance along the way.
