Satisfied. Just a phone call upon arrival at the airport, and they came to pick us up. Reykjavik Airport is very small, so it's easy to get picked up.

There was only us when picking up the car, but three groups when returning it, with only one staff member, so the wait was a bit long.

Supposedly the only car rental company in Iceland with Chinese staff... Well... Maybe it's also the only company where Chinese people might scam their own kind. Rented a Hyundai ix55 series car, but the first time I went to pick it up, they tried to give me a lower grade model. On the next day, when swapping the car, they asked us to refuel. Does that mean the mileage for swapping the car is on us... fine... Let's not even mention there was nobody around during the car swap. And return? Don't even start. One door that worked only sometimes, sticky when opening and closing (we didn't check this due to inexperience, our oversight), and they deducted the entire deposit for it! One door (which wasn't really broken) cost 20,000 RMB? Is it because of our full insurance or our rush to catch a flight? I think it's quite clear. Icelanders are generally great and the place is worth visiting, but this car rental maybe... emmm... hopefully you won't have the same experience as us.
