I originally thought I would get a Rubicon, but it turned out to be a white Sahara. The car was in great condition, although the interior was a bit dirty. There were two staff members—one was a chubby woman who seemed unfriendly based on her facial expression, so we approached the young man instead. He didn't try to upsell insurance and even helped us with our luggage after completing the paperwork. He was incredibly kind, so we tipped him to show our appreciation. Of course, tipping is not usually required when picking up a car, but this gentleman truly went above and beyond.
Got the return date wrong in the system, but the company extended the rental by a day and refunded the extra cost after contacting customer service. Grateful for their understanding and considerate service. Felt very secure using their service.
Very satisfied! The person at the counter was a female trainee who wasn't familiar with the business or the vehicle. She gave me an old 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe, and the trunk couldn't fit my stuff. I went back to the counter and chatted with another experienced white male staff member. He apologized for giving me such an old car and upgraded me to a brand-new 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer! It’s 5.75 meters long, similar to a Chevrolet Suburban. It easily fit three 24-inch suitcases, a 22-inch suitcase, two carry-ons, and a bunch of backpacks.
I am satisfied. The pickup was very quick. I bought full insurance and they didn't push any additional sales. They provided the Jeep Wrangler 4WD as I reserved, even the grey color was the same, haha.
1. Picking up and dropping off the car at the same place is very convenient.
2. The car provided was not the one I reserved, even though I confirmed it in advance; the front desk's response was useless. When I went to pick up the car, it wasn't a Rav4.
3. The full tank should be over 426 miles, but the car had only about 385 miles when picked up. Because we had to travel a long distance, even after refueling to full before returning, it was still around 400 miles. We showed the receipt to the staff, but they insisted on charging us. Why require a full tank on return if it's not provided with a full tank in the first place?
