Returning the car was very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and there was no need for additional services. At Los Angeles airport, a friendly worker scanned the barcode inside the door and gave the car a quick look before saying it was okay. He also kindly told me where to catch the airport shuttle. However, I encountered an issue when picking up the car because I didn't have a driver's license notarized. The rental point refused to give me the car, and calling QEEQ was useless as no one answered! Luckily, there was an attachment online similar to a notarized document. After filling it out as required, the rental point quickly handed over the car, and the rest of the trip went smoothly.

We picked up the car at 6 AM, but our flight arrived after 4. We thought we'd have to wait until 6 to get the car, but when we saw someone there at 5, we asked and they handed the car over to us.

Very good overall, although the car was a bit old.

The pickup process was very quick. The car was a white Corolla, quite new and in good condition.

The car's condition is good, and the staff are very friendly.

I have rented from ALAMO in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Portland, and also from Thrifty. I found Alamo has more cars, in better condition, and you can choose from the available cars in the lot based on your selected model. Particularly, they have a lot of new cars, which is better than many rental companies. This time, because we had a lot of luggage to bring back home, we followed the staff's suggestion and switched to a 7-seater Chrysler MINI Van. They patiently showed us how to fold the seats and explained various functions of the car. The vehicle was practically new, with only 2 miles on it! When we returned home, the four of us, along with four large suitcases, three medium-sized cases, a 16-inch box, several carry-ons, and a bicycle all fit inside. Back home, it took both a minivan and a sedan to carry all this stuff. It was incredibly practical!

The service was excellent and the procedures were straightforward.

The staff has a strong sense of service, the procedures are simple, and there were no attempts to sell anything additional. Returning the car is very easy; you can just get out of the car and leave, and the staff doesn't even check the car. Haha.
