Pretty good, have rented here 7 times

Renting a car was quite convenient. When I picked up the car, there were some small scratches on the body, but the staff at Dollar said it was fine. The entire rental process took about an hour. Returning the car was easier; they just checked if the tank was full and if there were any issues on the dashboard. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose them again for my next trip.

Initially reserved a Grand Cherokee, but was given a similar vehicle instead.

Overall, my experience with this rental company was good. The staff was enthusiastic. We had to switch cars in Salt Lake City because the vehicle's screen kept showing maintenance warnings. We went to the Salt Lake City airport, and the staff quickly decided to switch cars for us, resolving our worries. Of course, the company is a bit smaller compared to others, so the variety and mileage of cars are somewhat lacking. Nevertheless, I would still consider Dollar for future rentals.

The vehicle was relatively new and reasonably priced.

We incurred an additional charge of $351, including a toll pass for $196, a tank of fuel for $54, taxes for $68, and $3 per day for 11 days for the additional driver, totaling $351. However, we were charged $417, with an extra $66. Is this a deposit? Will it be refunded?
