It was okay, but the shuttle bus service at BOS was too infrequent, had to wait a long time. Other companies' shuttles came by many times.

The location is in downtown, and the staff was very courteous and efficient, although you can't choose the car.

The car rental experience was average. I had prepaid over 1000 yuan for this 3-day rental, but upon renting the car, an additional 300-dollar fee was incurred. (Besides the 100 dollars for off-site return, which I knew in advance, and an extra 30 dollars for EPASS electronic payment, which I can accept). The cost for these three days was much higher than the cost of renting a car on the West Coast for five days.

The service was good, especially the car return process which was simple and quick.

They said my credit card name (in English) didn't match my passport name (in Pinyin). Even after providing all necessary documents, they still canceled my order. Ridiculous.
