After completing the paperwork at the office and receiving the keys with the parking location, we were left to our own devices. No one inspected the car, and no one explained how to use the E-TOLL, which almost led to a toll violation. Fortunately, a toll booth employee stopped us and showed us how to use it properly.

I booked an MPV, but they gave me a small car. I had my kid with me and was in a hurry, so I let it go this time. Never again!

The rental store is very close to Chicago Airport. After picking up our luggage at Chicago Airport, we went directly to the airport's main entrance to wait. There were Dollar company shuttle buses (we might have been lucky as we boarded the shuttle within two minutes; when carrying lots of luggage, the driver would even help). Most of the staff at the store are African American, but their service was acceptable.

Like: The lot attendant was very helpful at COS, noting several missing items and damage on the bumper of the vehicle before I left the lot.
Dislike: The reservation was for a Toyota corolla, but I was given a Hyundai Elantra and was told that there were no corollas available, nor any vehicles which I could be upgraded to. The vehicle was missing the floor mats and there was minor cosmetic damage on both the front an rear bumpers.
