Since my reserved model was unavailable, they upgraded me to a better one for free. 3. The first car had some issues, but they replaced it with a brand new one (1300 miles) without any conditions, and it was in excellent condition.

The service process is simple, and picking up and returning the car is convenient.

The waiting time was a bit long. They don't support UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service, but it's convenient in the airport. Entering driver information for first-time users took quite a long time, and they added many unnecessary items without my permission, which were removed after I pointed them out. Overall, the Hispanic staff were polite, but you still need to be careful yourself.

Thrifty is very bad. They tricked me into buying all the insurance because they said I was too young, and forced me to buy a toll charge and a full tank of fuel. Later, I filed a complaint but received no response. They took a lot of my money. It was already past midnight and I was very tired, so the person just asked me to sign. It was a scam. I definitely would not rent a car from Thrifty again.
