Excellent service

Overall dissatisfied. The upselling at the counter was expected, the slow car handover was tolerable, but the additional charges were unacceptable. I clearly declined extra services at pickup but was still charged for them. Due to time constraints, I couldn't argue upon return. Managed to get part of the charges refunded through the rental platform, but there were still unclear charges.

Long waiting time. Pushing insurance sales

The Thrift counter staff rented 'my' (booked, confirmed and paid for) Durango to another customer as I waited in line. I was left with no choice but to accept an alternative that was not a "Large SUV" as I had contracted, but a minivan. It was adequate but not what I had ordered and not what I had paid for. And I can not understand how one salesman could rent out a vehicle that was already booked for another customer. It's never happened to me before and I will not rent from Thrifty again.

EasyRent needs to take action to ensure that its agents eg Thrifty, meet their obligations. I think the price was very high.

All requirements were fully met. The car pick-up process took less than 20 minutes, and they even assisted us in finding our vehicle. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.

We booked 2 cars in the same class simultaneously but one car was a model up from the other one. Not sure what the reason for the difference was.

Everything was good. Except there were no cars available so we had to wait about an extra 15-20 minutes for a car to be returned. But staff was friendly.

The actual rental car didn't feel very good to use.

Like: Enjoyable interactions with staff.
Dislike: No E-Mail receipt and no advice regarding the deposit refund, so I don't know where I stand in overall cost.

Received excellent service from desk clerk during car pick up.

No one in Parking Garage to assist with location the vehicle and when it was returned the lot was full had to wait for an attendant to show me where to place the vehicle.. When vehicle was picked up no one was around to go over the vehicle with me like other renters do.

When the vehicle was dropped off they said that they would e-mail my receipt. I still don't have it and I need it.

The rental company swapped the original Grand Cherokee for a Dodge Journey without any discount, which is quite disappointing.

The car provided was not the same as the one booked. The staff will persuade you to pay extra for an upgrade and the waiting time for the exchange is very long.

Overall very good, complete service, quick and convenient.

Like: Received a complimentary upgrade to a compact vehicle
Dislike: Waited 40 minutes for the car to be ready

The Calgary pickup location did not provide the Grand Cherokee we reserved; instead, we got a Sahara with a lot of noise and a leaky roof. Additionally, one of the two keys was wrong. The Vancouver airport drop-off location deserves a five-star rating! The inspection officer and the staff were very helpful.

There was hardly any queue, but the staff kept persistently trying to sell insurance despite my constant refusals... I already rented an SUV, but they kept pushing me to upgrade to a vehicle with navigation, which was very frustrating. Moreover, despite my strong insistence on not purchasing any additional products, they secretly added a FUEL OPTION to my bill. It was exhausting to keep modifying the contract.
