The drop off location had an interior sign that couldn't be visible from the street I was lost for half hour and finally had to drop off the car in the other location.

El vehículo que me entregaron en NY olía mucho a cigarrillo. Mi trayecto incluía una parada en una ciudad llamada Syracuse. Me acerqué a la oficina de Budget en el aeropuerto y me hicieron el cambio sin problema.

できるだけ安くにと思い，マンハッタンのBudgetで予約しました． Immigrationが長蛇の列で，入国に3時間ほどかかり，レンタカー借り出し予定にしていた時間に間に合わいませんでした．そのため，コンパクトカーを予約していたのですが，遅れたことを理由に，ばかでかいSUVを一日40ドルプラスで借りるように言われ，仕方なく従いました． マンハッタンのブランチへは，地下鉄を降りて15分ほどスーツケースを転がしていかねばならず，猛暑の中，歩くのに疲れました． 返却後は，お土産の荷物も増え，また地下鉄まで歩くのかと辟易し，結局Uberを呼んで空港まで行きました．できるだけ安く，というのは意味がなく，調査不足でした． 次回からは多少料金がかかっても，空港で借りて空港で返却するのが正解だと思いました．

Overall service was decent and fairly quick, and no extra charges for additional insurance or fees.

Booked more than 10 days in advance, but was told there were no cars upon arrival! The issue is that everyone else waiting was told there were 'no cars' too! They only had a 'pick up truck, do you want it? If not, there's nothing else, just wait. How long? No idea!' After strong protest, they suddenly had a car available two minutes later!

The supposed free full tank of gas that was indicated in the QEEQ booking was not honoured by the lady at the budget car rental.

Worked well although price drop didn't kick in at all.

It was a terrible experience. I had to choose between Zuzuche and another company, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice by picking Zuzuche. I paid 540 RMB per day for the rental, but a few hours after returning the car and leaving the shop, I was charged another 74 USD. When I hurried back to inquire, I was told that the previous payment was just a deposit and the 74 USD was the balance. I tried coordinating with Zuzuche for a week, but got no response. I do not recommend this service at all and will never use Zuzuche again.

There was no service at all. Especially when we went down to the basement level 3 to pick up the car, the black female employee just parked the car there and told us to move it so we wouldn't block them. Then she got into another car and started chatting with a customer. Since we didn’t know that the trunk handle was on one side of the tail light, we had to go over to her and ask how to open it. She impatiently told us that the handle was by the tail light. Additionally, the phone at this location was always unanswered after being connected. Even when we called during their working hours with billing questions after returning the car, no one ever picked up. Overall, the service experience was extremely poor!

The rental company could not change the primary driver's information, and there was an issue with the credit card's magnetic strip with no alternative solution provided.

The car pickup process took up to two hours. We arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled time, but had to wait in line and only got the car two hours later. When returning the car, the agreed return point was actually closed two years ago. Can you believe it? Yet, it's the truth.

El proceso se realizó con Avis por que estaba cerrado Budget. Me asignaron un vehículo que no estaba disponible y tuve que volver a hacer el proceso.
